Orders once placed can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item, kindly email us with a photo of the package within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
